Single-Point Pressure Sensor

Hyper-Tactile owns world-leading high-performance pressure sensing technology. This technology precisely detects external pressure by varying contact area between deformable ionic material layers and flexible conductive surfaces, which triggers corresponding resistance changes.

The sensor features high sensitivity, high resolution and high linearity. It delivers real-time, high-quality, low-noise pressure signals with ultra-thin packaging. Meanwhile, its piezoresistive properties well support human-machine interaction modes including light press, heavy press, long press and short press. Benefiting from low cost and simplified circuitry, it is compatible with multiple ADC acquisition methods.

Utilizing piezoresistive properties of self-developed materials combined with adaptive decision algorithms, the sensor enables accurate judgment of pressure touch operations such as single tap, double tap and long press. It effectively addresses pain points including false triggering, poor user experience and complicated integration. At present, standard sensors are available in two dimensions: 3.0×2.5×0.27 mm and 3.0×1.6×0.27 mm, facilitating standardized integration and mass production.

Advantages & Features

Miniaturization & Easy Integration

With a thickness of only 0.27 mm, the sensor fits flat surfaces such as PCBA, supporting standardized, low-cost automated mass production and integration.

High Sensitivity & Precise Interaction

It accurately captures force variations from light tap to heavy press, supporting multiple interaction modes including single tap, double tap and long press, and effectively mitigates false triggering.

Low Cost & Wide Compatibility

Simplified circuitry greatly reduces BOM cost. Compatible with various ADC acquisition schemes, the system achieves low overall power consumption and easy adaptation to diverse platforms to lower development barriers.
