Palm Tactile Solution

Hyper-Tactile’s robotic palm tactile solution integrates large-area, high-precision flexible tactile sensor arrays onto robot palms to realize real-time perception of contact area, pressure distribution and grasping posture. Featuring three core functions: pressure distribution identification, adaptive grasping posture adjustment and safe interaction, the solution feeds back the center of force and contact area on the palm in real time. It assists robots in adjusting grasping angles and palm conformity, lowering risks of clamping injuries and object damage, and establishes a reliable perceptual foundation for stable holding and precise manipulation by robots.

Pressure Distribution Identification

The large-area sensor array captures real-time palm pressure distribution cloud maps, accurately identifying the contact area and center-of-pressure position, and providing data support for robots to evaluate grasping stability.

Posture Adaptation

Based on real-time pressure feedback, the system automatically adjusts grasping angles and palm fitting postures to adapt to objects of various shapes and sizes, improving the stability and adaptability of holding operations.

Safe Interaction

It continuously monitors contact force and peak pressure. Timely adjustments are triggered when excessive clamping force or uneven force distribution is detected, effectively reducing clamping risks and object damage rate and ensuring safety during human-robot collaboration.
